Avishay Bason founded Thinkwise after more than two decades building technology and data systems from the inside — most recently in senior technical roles at organizations including Isracard and Cellcom.
As CTO, he sets the technical direction behind every engagement, staying close to how BI, data and AI are evolving so that Thinkwise's recommendations hold up in production, not just in a proposal deck. His background spans software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data analytics and applied AI — including the practical use of generative AI, intelligent automation and AI-driven analytics to turn business data into faster, smarter decisions. He's regarded within the industry as someone who thinks in systems rather than slides.
